In this web portal you will find information about the EU Leonardo project titled “Developing a career pole star system to increase employability rate and sustainability of career success of youths”. This platform also serves as a gateway for our major product of the project "CPS : Career Pole Star System".

CPS is a web based counselling system which helps in increasing employability rate of youths and make them gain life-long career management skills and life-long learning skills. Individuals who successfully complete CPS based training will have better chances to be employed. CPS System takes individuals (youths) with little chance to be employed and turns them to Youths with a deep awareness of their careers and skills, who have better credentials and chances for employment by giving them training and counseling in job search skills, self-awareness, communication skills and ICT based skills areas.
